What if I don't know where or when I was exposed to Asbestos?

We can help. It is not uncommon for an individual to believe that they were never exposed to asbestos. However, after meeting with the individual, we can usually find a number of sources of asbestos exposure. Asbestos was used in a variety of different products. Many people are not aware that many of the products they used in their lifetime contained asbestos fibers. The biggest mistake people make is when they assume that they have no legal rights because they believe they were never exposed to asbestos.

It is also helpful when we can meet with the mesothelioma victim as soon as possible. We may need to meet with the individual multiple times in order to discuss all of their potential exposures. We always do our best to work around their schedules to avoid any conflicts with health care or family obligations.

Please remember that there are statutes of limitation in some states as short as one year from the date of diagnosis. In other states, the statutes of limitation are as long as five years after diagnosis. This is another reason why it is important to get the process moving as quickly as possible.
